cancellation policy: I require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session, otherwise you will be charged the full session fee. If you have previously had a tarot reading with me, kindly wait for at least 6-8 weeks before scheduling another one. If you wish, you can bring your own recording device during our sessions. I offer tarot readings via Phone, FaceTime, Google, and Zoom. Video call readings are ideal for clients who are located interstate or internationally. They are also suitable for clients who cannot travel to appointments due to work or personal reasons, or due to inclement weather or illness. However, I can only do Phone readings for clients located within the United States.
REFUNDS:
Please note that I do not offer refunds for any of my services unless I have to cancel. When you pay for my services, you are paying for my time and expertise. It's important to understand that every reader is different, and they interpret cards using their unique skills and gifts. While I use my formal knowledge of the cards, I also rely on intuition and guidance from spirit to provide the best possible reading for you.

I want to let you know that I respect your privacy, and I will not share any details of your reading with anyone else. All information provided during the reading is for you and you alone. For this reason, I prefer not to retain any specific information about your reading. Therefore, I recommend that you bring a notebook or recording device to take notes during the reading.
During your reading, my focus will be solely on you. I am here to help you, not anyone else. If your family, friends, or significant other want a reading, they are welcome to schedule an appointment with me as well. However, during your session, we will be focusing on your needs and concerns. I do not read for people behind their backs.
I believe that the questions you ask during a reading have a significant impact on the outcome. Therefore, I will work with you to rephrase your questions to be more empowering. Rather than asking "when" something will happen, we will focus on "how" you can take action to make it happen.
Please note that I may not be the best fit for everyone. If I feel that our energies do not mesh well, I may refuse to read for you. In such cases, I will be happy to provide you with a referral to another reader who may be more suitable for you.
Lastly, while I firmly believe that tarot can be beneficial in many situations, it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or emotional advice. If you need assistance with any of these issues, I advise you to consult a licensed professional. Please remember that “tarot is for entertainment purposes only.”
ANSWERS…
Before booking services with Crystal, there are some important things you should know:
1. Crystal welcomes people of all ages, races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, employment types, socioeconomic backgrounds, body shapes, sizes and abilities. Discrimination will not be tolerated.
2. Your reading will be kept confidential, unless Crystal believes that you or someone else may be at risk of harm.
3. Crystal's role is to provide guidance and illuminate pathways for you, not to dictate your actions. You are responsible for creating your own future.
4. Crystal is not a medical professional and will not diagnose illnesses or provide advice on managing medication. Seek professional medical help if necessary.
5. Swearing may occasionally be used during your reading if it's the most straightforward way of conveying a message.
6. It is not recommended to see psychics/tarot readers/astrologers more than once a month. Ideally, allow at least two months between readings.
7. The reading will end at the scheduled time. No further questions can be answered after this time, so please ask any important questions beforehand.
8. Cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded. If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, your payment will be credited towards a future appointment.
9. Crystal reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
I have the ability to interpret the messages that come to me through my intuition, and I will offer guidance based on what the cards reveal. While I won't explicitly tell you what to do with your life, I will encourage you to trust your inner voice, understand your unique flow, and embrace the limitless possibilities that life has to offer. I do not believe in limiting you by dictating a set of rules to follow; instead, I want to empower you to trust your ability to read the signs of life. My hope is that my reading will inspire a positive transformation in your life, create a safe space where you can share your deepest insights, and be a memory that you can cherish as you continue on your journey.
I'm happy to help you with your tarot reading, and I want to make sure that we respect your time, as well as mine and that of my next client. Therefore, your reading will end at the scheduled time. I'll keep you informed as we approach the end of your reading, so you'll have plenty of time to ask any final questions. However, once the reading is over, no more questions can be answered. Please keep in mind that requesting "just one more question" after the time is up will not be possible. So, please make sure to ask all your important questions before the reading is over. I take boundaries very seriously, which helps to protect both you and me.
If you happen to be late for your appointment, your reading will be shortened accordingly so that I do not keep my next client waiting or interfere with other business that I need to attend to. The price that was originally agreed upon will still apply. If you are running late and fail to inform me, I will contact you around the 10 minute mark to check if you are still coming. If I don't hear from you promptly, I will no longer be available to see you, as I will be contacting someone on my waitlist or attending to other business. Therefore, it's important to let me know as soon as possible if you are running late, so that I can hold your spot for you. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for a 30-minute reading or more than 15 minutes late for a 60-minute reading, I will not be available to see you and will have to reschedule your appointment.
